Net weight of the actual product might differ from the weight mentioned in the website. The quantities 250GMS, 500GMS and 1KG mentioned for each product in the website denotes the gross weight for that product. Gross weight includes weight of the product plus weight of Basundibar food grade pouches plus weight of the carton boxes used for shipping.

You should send an email to support@Basundibar.com with your order number and reason for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. No refund on cancellation after 24 hours. You will receive a full refund (including the product and shipping cost) within 10 business days

A product is considered defective if the product is, 1. Not consumable 2. Damaged or, 3. Different from what you ordered You should notify our support team on any defective products via email with product pictures within 2 days from the day it was delivered. You should clearly explain in the email the reason why you find the product as defective. Any delays in reporting the defective product will make you ineligible to get a refund. Our team will review your request and based on approval by Belly herbs . you will receive a full refund (including the product and shipping cost) for the defective products you received. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Alternatively, if we and you agree, we may supply you with a replacement or substitute product.
