Conditions for Refund:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we’re here to address them promptly. You are eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  1. External Packaging Damage:
    • If the external packaging of your order is visibly damaged upon delivery, leading to the damage of sweets and snacks inside, making them inedible.
  2. Internal Packaging Damage or Tampering:
    • In the event that the internal packaging of the food products is damaged or tampered with during transit, resulting in the damage of sweets and snacks inside, making them inedible.
  3. Spoiled, Stale, or Rotten Products:
    • If the food products themselves have become spoiled, stale, damaged, or rotten, making them inedible.

Procedure for Refund Request:

  1. Initiate Contact:
    • Write to us at Basundibar@gmail.com or WhatsApp us. Alternatively, you can DM us on Instagram or Facebook.
  2. Provide Details:
    • Clearly state the food item(s) you’re dissatisfied with and the reason for return. It is essential to attach pictures the damaged or unsatisfactory products or packaging leading to inedible products.
  3. Subject Line:
    • Mention your “Order Number” in your email (or) chat for faster processing.
  4. Timeframe:
    • Refund requests must be initiated within 12 hours from the delivery time of your order. Refund requests received beyond this timeframe will not be processed.
  5. Processing:
    • Refund requests will be processed within 7 days from the date of the request, and payments will be issued to the original mode of payment. You will receive an email confirmation sent to the registered email ID on file.

Please note that the timeline for refunds to reflect on your bank statement is subject to your banking institution’s policies. Basundibar does not have control over this timeframe. 

Exclusions and Exceptions:

  • Taste Preference: While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, taste is subjective. Unfortunately, we can’t process returns/refunds based on individual taste preferences. Explore product details, reviews, and contact us with questions before purchase. For other issues, refer to our Conditions for Return. We appreciate your understanding and welcome any feedback.
  • Delayed Reporting: Refund requests beyond 12 hours from the delivery time will not be processed as a refund to the original form of payment but will be issued as store credit.
  • Shipping charges: Refund requests are applicable only to the product. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded to the original mode of payment or issued as store credit
  • Product Return: Customers are not obligated to return the products. Please dispose of inedible products
